KIM Kardashian has bared all in the middle of the desert in the latest episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

The reality TV star flaunted her famous figure in a series of sultry poses while rolling around in the sand, with just a few strategically placed stripes of white paint covering her privates.
The 34-year-old mum explained the naked photoshoot to the cameras: “I have psoriasis, there is nothing I can do about it so there is no reason why I should feel uncomfortable,” she said.
“So to make myself feel better I lay out all my insecurities before we start a shoot in the hope that no one will be focused on that. I just want to do fun and artsy things.”

Nude photo shoots are nothing new for the Selfish author. Kim did two starkers photo shoots last year alone, for Paper and Love magazines.
This latest series, created with photographer Kesler Tran in the California desert, is for the relaunch of her website. “I want to capture really cool moments and have some great shoots and be nude and do all this cool stuff,” she said on KUWTK.

Kim, who is mum to 22-month-old North West, looks pretty incredible — and totally relaxed — while flopped nude on the sand, surrounded by hordes of camera crew. “God, if a paparazzi was here ...” she commented during the shoot.
The brunette beauty has spoken out about her psoriasis on the show before and even attempted to treat the dry skin condition using sister Kourtney’s breast milk on a 2013 episode of Kourtney and Kim Take Miami.
