END TIME: 19-Year-Old Caught in The Act His 16-Year-Old Sister, Impregnates Her

A boy aged 19 years old has had a s.exual
relationship with his 16-year-old sister and they
have a baby to show for the abominable act of
incest.
The two randy teenagers have been arrested for
engaging in a sacrilegious affair which is against
the law of the land in Zimbabwe.
They were dragged before Zishavane Resident
Magistrate Story Rushambwa last week where they
convicted and sentenced, according to reports.
The pair were arrested for breaching C/S 75 (2) (d)
of Criminal Law Codification and Reform Act
Chapter 9:23 (sexual Intercourse within a
prohibited degree of relationship).
The boy identified as Knowledge Mavhika had in
March 2014 professed to love his sister whose
name was withheld for legal reasons and she
accepted.
The duo entered into a serious relationship and
had s.ex multiple times in the same month and in
April, the girl got pregnant.
The 'couple's' inquisitive grandma, Rumbidzai
Ganyani sought to know who was responsible for
the pregnancy and received a rude shock when she
learnt it was her own brother.
Police operatives arrested the pair after the matter
was reported to them.
The boy was found guilty after medical
examination proved that the girl was actually one
month gone into the pregnancy.
He was sentenced to 12 months imprisonment of
which six months were suspended for five years on
condition he does not commit a similar offence.
The other six months were suspended on condition
that he performs 210 hours of community service.
On her own part, the pregnant teenager received a
sentence of five months imprisonment while the
whole part was suspended for three years on
condition she does not commit a similar offence.
