Access Bank has emerged "Bank of the Year 2013″ in the prestigious annual Ghana Banking Awards, signaling a trailblazing performance for the bank this year and consolidating its position as a top emerging brand and customer focused bank.

The Bank was rated the country's fastest growing financial institution for the year 2013, barely a year after being adjudged the Best Growing Bank in Ghana. Mr. Dolapo Ogundimu, Managing Director, Access Bank Ghana Limited said , "These awards represent a significant milestone in Access Bank. I therefore dedicate these awards to our staff, loyal customers and other stakeoholders, whose contribution, patronage and support made this acheivement possible'. The Bank was also recognized as the Best Bank in Corporate Social Responsibility and emerged 1st and 2nd runners up in the Enterprise Finance and Household Finance categories respectively. Ogundimu further added "I want to assure you that Access Bank will not rest on its oars in delivering to our customers an enjoyable service experience.
